I had therapy from Margaret- and it was a good experience. My shoulder was stiff and sore- and it got much better. When my therapy was over-my balance was great. I would definitely recommend her!

The 8 months of therapy have changed my ability to walk, garden and be stronger. I was let go after 20% improvement in muscle strength. 

Margaret is gentle but insistent that we exercise in ways to strengthen us. My collapsing knee is more stable. My walk around the building use to take me 25-30 minutes. Now I can go in 15 minutes.

I will always have arthritis from head to toe, but exercise makes me have less pain.

They are Peaceful Torturers and kind about how much you hurt.
